Cold, in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation at controlled temperature of 18°C / 64°F. Refinement in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: fruity; it invites to discover it by tasting.
Taste: full-bodied and at the same time soft. The tasting is fully satisfied by its fragrant roundness up to a decidedly savory finish.

Serving temperature
12-14°C / 54-57°F

Serving suggestions
Perfect in combination with fish-based dishes, even elaborate ones. Soups as well as pizzas and savory pies, and white meats.
