Taste: a typical glass, characterized by a balance between acidity, softness and flavor in a body of fragrant roundness and noteworthy alcoholic power.

12-14°C / 54-57°F

Serving suggestions
Ideal combination with fish-based dishes, even elaborate ones, and shellfish. Fish pasta and risotto, fried fish. Also to be enjoyed with soft cheeses.
